ISLAMABAD, Aug 01 (APP):Senior Lawyer Farouk H. Naek on Thursday has been elected as Vice Chairman Pakistan Bar Council (PBC).
However, Riazat Ali Advocate is elected as Chairman Executive.
The elections of PBC were held in office of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) under supervision of Chairman PBC Usman Awan.
Speaking to media, he s
aid that the constitution had
mentioned the limits of the institutions. He s
aid that Parliament’s responsibility is legislation while it was the duty of judiciary to interpret it.
